Contents
The short version. Wazigo is the brand and product name. Saman Technosys Private Limited is the company behind it — the entity you contract with, the entity that raises your GST invoice, and the name that appears on your card or bank statement. Both are the same business, at the same registered office in Maharashtra.
1. The company
Saman Technosys Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated in India in 2016 under the Companies Act, 2013, registered with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra (CIN U74999MH2016PTC283139). We are registered for GST under GSTIN 27AAXCS3035K1ZR. Our registered office is at Unit No 802/801, 8th Floor, Sai Arpan B-11, Sai Complex, Opp. Shanti Vihar, Mira Road East, Maharashtra, India - 401107.
The company builds and runs two independent businesses:
- Wazigo
- A WhatsApp Business platform for Indian businesses — a shared team inbox, broadcasts, lead capture and automation, built on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. This website, and the software at app.wazigo.io, are Wazigo.
- Kyntoro
- A clothing brand, sold direct to customers at kyntoro.com. It is a separate business with its own website, its own customers and its own policies; it shares only the parent company with Wazigo.
Nothing you send or store in Wazigo is used by, shared with or visible to the Kyntoro business. The two run on separate systems.
2. What Wazigo does
Most small and mid-sized Indian businesses run their customer conversations on WhatsApp, and most of them run those conversations badly — not through carelessness, but because a personal WhatsApp app was never built for a team. One phone gets passed around the office. Enquiries are answered twice or not at all. Nobody can tell you how many leads came in last week.
Wazigo replaces that with software:
- A shared team inbox. Every agent works the same WhatsApp Business number from their own login, with assignment, labels, priorities, notes and saved replies. Conversations have an owner and a history.
- Broadcasts that keep your number healthy. Meta-approved templates sent to large lists, paced in small batches, scheduled in IST, with quiet hours, daily caps and opt-out handling enforced by the software rather than by somebody remembering the rules.
- Lead capture. Forms and links that put a new enquiry straight into the inbox with its source attached, instead of into a spreadsheet nobody opens.
- Automation. Chatbots and automatic replies for the questions that are asked a hundred times a week, with a clear handover to a human when they are not.
Wazigo operates as a Meta Tech Provider. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account, which stays yours: your number, your account, your templates, your message history. If you leave us, you keep them.
3. How we charge, and what we refuse to charge for
Meta charges for WhatsApp messages on a published, per-conversation rate card. A large part of this industry buys those messages wholesale and resells them to businesses at a markup, which is invisible to the customer and grows with their success.
We do not do that. You add your own payment method inside your own WhatsApp Business Manager and Meta bills you directly, at Meta’s rate, with no intermediary and nothing added by us. We charge a flat monthly subscription for the software and nothing else. Our revenue does not go up when you send more messages, so we have no reason to encourage you to send messages you should not send.
Our subscription price is published on our pricing page rather than quoted case by case.
4. How we work
- We build the rules into the product. Opt-out handling, the 24-hour service window, quiet hours, pacing and quality monitoring are enforced by the software. A number that gets restricted is a business that has lost its main channel, and that is not a risk we leave to discipline.
- We will not help you message people who did not ask. We do not sell, supply or import purchased contact lists, and we act on reports of unsolicited messaging sent through the platform.
- We support in India, in IST. Support is handled by the people who build the product, over email and inside the application, in Indian business hours.
- We say what we do with data. Our Privacy Policy names every sub-processor, states every retention period and explains how to get your data deleted — written to India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5. Who runs it
Wazigo is run by its founder, Akmal Faizan, who is also the Grievance Officer for the company under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Escalations reach a named person rather than a queue — see Contact Us.
6. Where we are today
The Wazigo platform is live and we are onboarding customers, with a good deal of the onboarding still done by hand so that a new WhatsApp Business Account is set up correctly the first time. This marketing website is deliberately small and is still being built out; the legal documents on it are complete and current.
