Pricing
One plan, everything included, priced in Indian Rupees. WhatsApp message charges are billed to you by Meta at Meta’s rate — we never add a paisa on top.
Contents
The short version. Wazigo is ₹1,499 per month plus GST, or ₹14,990 per year plus GST — twelve months for the price of ten. There is one plan and it includes every feature. Start with a 15-day free trial. The same price whether you subscribe with us or through the Wazigo app on Shopify — only the billing and the invoice differ, and section 2 says how. WhatsApp message charges are billed to you directly by Meta and are not part of this price.
1. The plan
We sell one subscription to the Wazigo software. There is no feature-gated tier, no per-agent price and no negotiation — you pay the same as everyone else.
| Billing period | Price | Charged | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | ₹1,499 per month + GST | In advance, every month, until you cancel | — |
| Yearly | ₹14,990 per year + GST | In advance, once a year, until you cancel | Two months free — ₹2,998 against the monthly price |
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). If you subscribe directly, they are exclusive of GST, which is added at the prevailing rate; if Shopify bills you, tax on the charge is handled by Shopify — section 5 sets out both, and section 2 compares the two routes. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the price of a subscription you already hold, and a price change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.
2. Two ways to buy
One service, one plan, one price — but two billing routes, because you can subscribe either directly with us or through the Wazigo app on Shopify. The plan and the features are identical. What differs is who takes the payment and who invoices you.
| Direct, at app.wazigo.io | Through the Shopify app | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | ₹1,499 / month or ₹14,990 / year | The same ₹1,499 / month or ₹14,990 / year |
| Who charges you | Saman Technosys Private Limited, through Razorpay | Shopify, on its own payment screen |
| Free trial | 15 days | 15 days, shown on the Shopify approval screen |
| Tax and invoice | GST added at the prevailing rate, and a GST invoice from us — see section 5 | Tax handled by Shopify; the receipt comes from Shopify. No GST invoice from us, so no input credit through us |
| 7-day money back | Yes, on a first subscription | No — refunds are Shopify’s to handle under its own terms |
| Cancelling | Settings → Billing, or email us | In your Shopify admin, on the app’s subscription |
If GST input credit matters to your business, subscribe directly. That is the one real difference between the routes, and it is worth deciding before you install rather than after.
The Shopify app is not a free version of Wazigo. Installing it connects your store; using it needs a paid Wazigo subscription, the same as any other route.
If you already pay for Wazigo and then install the Shopify app, you keep the subscription you already hold and are not asked to buy a second one for the same workspace. That applies to an active paid subscription that predates the installation — a free or trial account does not qualify. The full rule is in section 7.4 of the Terms of Service.
3. What is included
The subscription gives you the whole platform:
- A shared team inbox on your WhatsApp Business number, with assignment, labels, priorities, internal notes and saved replies.
- Your whole team. Add the agents you need; we do not price per seat.
- Broadcasts using Meta-approved templates, with batching, IST scheduling, quiet hours, daily caps and automatic opt-out handling.
- Contacts and segments — custom attributes, groups and imports.
- Lead capture forms and links that drop a new enquiry into the inbox with its source attached.
- Chatbots and automatic replies, with handover to a human agent.
- Template management — drafting and submitting message templates to Meta for approval from inside Wazigo.
- Shopify orders. Connect your store and send order, payment and shipping notifications, answer a buyer’s reply with the order in view, and — where the buyer has given you the permission WhatsApp requires for marketing — send cart reminders.
- Reporting on conversations, response times, campaigns and agent activity.
- Onboarding help. We set your WhatsApp Business Account up with you, by hand, at no extra charge.
- Support over email and in the application, in Indian business hours — see Contact Us.
4. What Meta charges separately
Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations on its own published rate card, which varies by conversation category and country. Those charges are not part of the Wazigo subscription.
- You add your own payment method inside your own WhatsApp Business Manager.
- Meta bills you directly, at Meta’s rate, and Meta issues that invoice.
- We add nothing. We do not resell messages, we do not mark them up, and we take no share of what you spend with Meta. Our revenue is the subscription above and nothing else.
- Because the money never passes through us, we cannot refund, credit or dispute a Meta charge. Questions about message pricing or conversation counting go to Meta through your WhatsApp Business Manager.
Meta’s current rates are published by Meta and can change; we will tell you when we become aware of a change, but we do not control it.
5. GST and invoices
If you subscribe directly and pay through Razorpay:
- Prices on this page are exclusive of GST. GST is added at the prevailing rate — currently 18% for this service.
- At ₹1,499 plus 18% GST, a monthly subscription is ₹1,768.82 payable. A yearly subscription at ₹14,990 plus 18% GST is ₹17,688.20 payable.
- We issue a GST invoice for every payment, by email, from Saman Technosys Private Limited (GSTIN 27AAXCS3035K1ZR).
- Give us your GSTIN when you sign up and it appears on the invoice so you can claim input credit.
If you subscribe through the Shopify app:
- Shopify charges you and Shopify handles the tax on that charge. The amount you approve on Shopify’s payment screen, including any tax it shows there, is what you pay.
- Your receipt for it comes from Shopify, with your other Shopify billing.
- We do not issue a GST invoice for a Shopify-billed subscription, so you cannot claim input credit through us on that route. This is the reason to subscribe directly if input credit matters to you.
6. Free trial
- New accounts get a 15-day free trial with full access to the platform, on either billing route.
- No payment is taken to start the trial. On the Shopify route the trial is part of the charge you approve, so Shopify’s own screen shows its length before you agree to anything.
- We email you before the trial ends, so the first charge is never a surprise.
- If you do nothing, the trial converts to the paid plan you selected at the end of the 15 days.
- Cancel at any point before the trial ends and you are charged nothing at all.
- WhatsApp message charges from Meta apply during the trial too, because those are billed by Meta on your own account rather than by us.
7. How and when you get access
Wazigo is a software service delivered over the internet. There is nothing physical to ship and no delivery charge.
-
You sign up at app.wazigo.io, or you install the Wazigo app from Shopify, which creates and connects the workspace for you. Either way the account exists immediately.
-
Access is enabled as soon as the subscription is confirmed. On the direct route, Razorpay confirms a successful payment to us within seconds and the subscription is active at that moment; your GST invoice follows by email. On the Shopify route, you approve the plan on Shopify’s payment screen and we apply it once we have verified the subscription’s status with Shopify. In practice both are immediate, and in any case within 24 hours.
-
We help you connect your WhatsApp Business Account. This is the part that takes real time, because Meta has to verify your business. We do it with you over email, usually starting the same working day. How long Meta’s own verification takes is Meta’s to decide, not ours.
-
If a payment succeeds but access does not appear, write to support@wazigo.io with the payment reference — or, on the Shopify route, your store’s
myshopify.comdomain. On the direct route we will either enable the account or refund the payment in full. On the Shopify route we will enable the account; the money itself is Shopify’s to return, as section 9 explains.
8. Payment methods
Subscribing directly:
- Subscription payments are collected by Saman Technosys Private Limited through Razorpay.
- You can pay by credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking or the wallets Razorpay supports.
- All payments are in Indian Rupees.
- Your card or bank statement will show Saman Technosys Private Limited, not Wazigo. Wazigo is our brand; Saman Technosys is the company.
- We never see or store your full card number. Card details are handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
Subscribing through Shopify:
- The charge is raised and collected by Shopify, on the payment method Shopify already holds for your store, and it appears on your Shopify bill.
- You approve it on Shopify’s own payment screen before anything is charged. Read the amount, interval and trial on that screen — that is the charge you are agreeing to.
- Neither Razorpay nor we see or hold a card for it.
9. Changing, cancelling and refunds
Take any of these to whoever bills you. There is never a cancellation fee or a notice period, and on either route you keep the service until the end of the period already paid for.
If you pay through Razorpay:
- Switch between monthly and yearly at any time; the change takes effect at your next renewal.
- Cancel whenever you like, in Settings → Billing or by email.
- First-time subscribers can ask for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment.
If Shopify bills you:
- Change plan by approving the new charge on Shopify. We apply it once Shopify reports it as active.
- Cancel in your Shopify admin, on the Wazigo app’s subscription. We cannot cancel a Shopify charge for you.
- Refunds are Shopify’s to handle under Shopify’s own terms; the 7-day money back above does not apply to this route, because we never received the money. Tell us anyway and we will confirm what subscription status Shopify reports and what plan we applied.
Disconnecting a store is not the same as cancelling. Uninstalling the app in Shopify ends a Shopify-billed subscription, because Shopify cancels an app’s charges when the app is removed. It does not cancel a subscription you pay through Razorpay, and neither one deletes your account.
Your WhatsApp Business Account, your number and your templates stay yours if you leave, on either route.
The full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the contract itself is the Terms of Service. Where this page and those documents differ, those documents govern.
